Terms of Service
Ready for some fine print? We’ve done our best to ditch the usual legal jargon and only use plain, clear language that’s easy for anyone to understand. Never hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
Please remember that even though we’re going easy on the legalese, when you sign up for our maintenance services, this policy is a binding contract between IvyCat and yourself.
IvyCat has the right to change this policy at any time. Don’t worry, we’re not up to any sneaky stuff! We’ll always send you an email notification when we make changes.
Payment Policies, Fees, Refunds and Terms of Agreement
You must pay in advance to receive maintenance service from IvyCat. You will continue to be billed until you cancel your maintenance account. You may cancel your account at any time. IvyCat has the right to terminate your account at any time if you violate any of our restrictions.
If you are unhappy with IvyCat’s services within the first 30 days of creating a maintenance account with us, you may cancel it and receive a full refund for your maintenance plan. Only your maintenance plan will be refunded. Any other services you have purchased through IvyCat will not be refunded. We cannot provide refunds for any accounts that are over 30 days old. If IvyCat cancels your account due to a policy violation, you are not eligible for a refund.
IvyCat reserves the right to change its prices at any time. All monetary transactions are in $US dollars.
You can cancel your account at any time. If you want to cancel your account, please create a helpdesk ticket that includes your domain name, your reason for canceling, and the date you wish the cancellation to occur.
If IvyCat is ever sued or threatened with a lawsuit from a third party because of something you have done with our service, you agree to pay the entire bill if IvyCat is found liable or has to pay to settle the dispute. Not only do you agree to fully reimburse IvyCat for what it pays to settle a dispute or to satisfy a judgment, you also agree to cover IvyCat’s reasonable attorney fees and all other costs it accumulates in the course of defending itself.
